1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all purchase agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2. Product Standards, Metal Finishes & Pricing

• All goods sold on this site are brand-new architectural ironmongery, cabinet pulls, door handles, shelf brackets, hooks, and hardware fixings intended for domestic and interior commercial use.
• All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP / £) and include statutory UK sales taxes.
• We make every effort to display true product dimensions, hole center-to-center measurements, and finishes accurately. Customers are advised to check cabinet hole centers and door thicknesses prior to ordering.

3. Formation of Contract

An order placed by a customer constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is formed only when our dispatch facility completes processing and transfers your parcel to the courier service.
